Can Distributors use LifeVantage branded jerseys or the Real Salt Lake logo in any materials they create or on their non-replicated website?

Absolutely not! The contract between LifeVantage and Real Salt Lake specifically addresses the issue of the use of the RSL logo and any player likenesses. LifeVantage must secure expressed written permission to use any  player likeness, team logo, or Major League Soccer mention or logo on a case-by-case basis BEFORE they are ever produced.

There are very specific guidelines provided to LifeVantage by Real Salt Lake and Major League Soccer regarding the use of player likeness, team logos and league logos, and any deviation from those guidelines will result in financial penalties and fines upon LifeVantage as a company and the Distributor who uses it inappropriately. The only permissible usage of any player likeness, team logo, or league logo are those produced by LifeVantage itself with the expressed written consent from Real Salt Lake and Major League Soccer.
